A Rant in Internal conflicts

Is it possible to embody all that your partner desires? Forever? How can we? We are flawed, we are imperfect, we are always changing and evolving. As we change our partners change and their needs change. Who could keep up? There is just no way one person can contain another’s full expectations. We aren’t perfect but we expect perfection.
Cant we just except our partners for who the are at the core.
If we’ve loved someone for 10 years cant we continue to love them? Why does love fade or lesser? Maybe it changes to something else. Maybe love evolves just like we do.
It’s not fair to your partner to expect the world from them when u dont give it yourself. And it’s not fair to expect the world from them because you just set yourself up for disappointment. People will always disappoint. Its human nature. Are you going to transcend human behavior.
