Good things
1) Was able to watch the ending of the 320 festival. This was a 3 day all day concert and speakers event with all sorts of topics regarding mental health.
2) I was able to spend some time with my dad and give him his late b-day present.
3) The digestive system pain wasnt as bad as yesterday.
4) I got to take a bath and (sort of) relax a bit.
5) I was able to be comfortable for a few hours and I was able to stand here and there during that time.

Bad things
1) The right side of my body (muscularly) is starting to suffer/ spasm
2) Wasn’t able to talk today because it was 37 degrees and raining.
3) Getting into these mini anxiety episodes where I cant get out of beating myself up for all the things I’ll never be able to do again.
4) The only predictable thing about this is that at night it gets horrendously bad. I am not really guarenteed to feel good at any givin time.
5) Seering, hot poker, stinging stabbing pain starts really bad into the night. Taking meds and suppliments are a constant balancing act.
