Good things
1) Had a good skype session with my urogynecologist. She’s gonna help me with meds for the next month. Then I have to go in for an appt in June. Not looking forward to that.
2) Woke up early and I was able to stay up.
3) I did some walking today, it was a nice day but windy. Glad I got that in because its supposed to get cooler the rest of the week.
4) I was able to make a few more future dr’s appts.
5) Digestive symptoms took a BACKSEAT the earlier part of today.

Bad things
1) Not a single HOUR of feeling OKAY today
2) The bladder pain has been pretty low key all day instead of passing.
3) Very sharp stingy stabby pain that started up about an hour after walking.
4) Highly depressed, its been a really bad week.
5) Feeling my pelvic floor tightening up badly, which is aggravating the nerve. Ive been taking baths everyday again now. This doesnt really help for certain types of nerve pain.
