I am in a really good mood!
The weather has turned cold, the temperatures have dropped all day. When I left for work in the dark of early morning it was in the upper 60's, by the time I was heading home it was gray overcast, windy, and in the lower 40's! Drastic change from the morning.
The aches and pains are still with me but tolerable.
Work was good for a change. I got to work with my best friend at work. It is always nice working with him as he knows my past and I can talk to him on a level and about things that I cannot talk to anyone else. I jokingly tell him that he is my therapist. He is a really great guy and I wish I could spend more time with him.
I am excited, but worried about this weekend. The local Harley-Davidson dealership is throwing a huge St. Partick's Day party on Saturday, but they are calling for rain. I do not like to get my bike out in the rain, only riding in the rain if caught and I have to so I can get it home. I am still green, having little experince riding in the rain, plus I do not want to get my "Annie Belle" all wet and soaked. Sure my bike is 11 years old, but she still looks new. Several people have commented that there is no way "Annie Belle" is 11, but then I point out the tank emblem and it shows "1903 - 2003", hence the name Anniversary Edition, leading to me naming her "Annie Belle".
Yeah, still in love with my Harley. Debbie no longer openly refers to her as my Mistress. I think that maybe she is a little more accepting of my bike now.
Well I should close, cooking dinner and getting ready to finally prime the bathroom!
