My state basically shut down all non essential services today.
I am becoming a hypochondriac i fear. I dont know if i’m getting anything or what, I hope not.
My anxiety is now 12\5.
But at least alpha protocol is kind of fun, its my mass effect replacement. I dont know.
I hope i’m just paranoid.

I hear you on the anxiety level. I have spent the last 2 days basically in tears because of it. I am so scared to even clear my throat in public because someone might look at me funny and think I have the virus.
