Past:
ten of cups:
Appearance of cups in a rainbow, it is contemplated in wonder and ecstasy by a man and woman below, evidently husband and wife. His right arm is about her, his left raised upward as she raises her right arm. The two children dancing near them have not observed the prodigy, but are happy after their own manner. There is a home scene beyond.
Divinatory meaning: Contentment, repose of the entire heart- the perfection of that state, if with several picture cards, a person who is taking charge of the querent’s interests. Also the town, village, or country inhabited by the querent.
Reversed: Repose of the false heart, indignation, violence.

Present:
Ace of cups
The waters are beneath, upon which are water lilies. The hand issues from the cloud, holding in it’s palm the cup, from which four streams are pouring. A dove, bearing in it’s beak a cross-marked host, descends to place the wafer in the cup- the dew of water is falling on all sides, it is an intimation of that which may lie behind the Lesser Arcana.
Divinatory meanings: True heart, joy, contentment, abode, nourishment, abundance, fertility, holy table, felicity.
Reversed: False heart, mutation, instability, revolution.

Future:
Three of Pentacles
A sculptor at his work in a monastery.
Divinatory meaning: metier, trade, skilled labor. Usually, however, regarded as a card of nobility, aristocracy, renown, glory.
Reversed: Mediocrity in work and otherwise, puerility, pettiness, weakness.

Not being sure what repose of the heart means I tried to look up a definition of the phrase and found a site that gave a different/more comprehensive meaning : breaking of routine, stagnation, unhappiness, dysfunctional family life, loss of friendship, ulterior motive..... In the past I have (as anyone has) seen my family as dysfunctional… lost friends… been unhappy.... so honestly that’s not saying much.

I would love for felicity right now..... I always settle with contentment.... joy and abundance are just hopes.... but I see Krystal today so at least I will have my fill of social interaction this week. lol

A snobbish card about trade.... I mean diamond paintings would pretty much be sold to those types of people. Who would spend frivolously on something like that?
