Run 5 was a day late. Was going to run yesterday but my headphones were dead and I felt worn out. So i had a bath instead.
Fast forward to this morning and said run was hard. Im definalty slowing down atm. And covering less ground. But feeling like I have done somthing.
And I feel better now. Its definalty helping.
Diabetic reveiw put my blood pressure down and my weight at 91kg. I want to say my goal for the min is 86kg. That was the lowest I went in 2018.
Food is still a struggle. More on that next time.
