So a little change of plan, because I cannot just keep spending so little time on actually preparing lectures.
So here goes:
-15 minutes lecture slides
-15 minutes lecture notes
-7 minutes emailing
1:33 pm pomodoro my way to a cleaner kitchen now.
2:41 PM I finished cleaning kitchen at 2:03 PM and proceeded to waste time online until now. I really should break off from scrolling the internet, then maybe I’ll have time to exercise. Is this the kind of person I want to become?
2:42 PM Grade one test
2:49 PM 15 minutes lecture slides
3:06 PM Grade one test
Change of plan now:
-10 minutes lecture slides
-10 minutes lecture notes
-Grade one test
-5 minutes emailing
3:14 PM 10 minutes lecture notes
3:25 PM Grade one test
3:33 PM 5 minutes emailing
I will track my progress in combating an addiction. I’m giving in for this one day, then I’ll try to fast for at least one day.
It’s really not good.

Okay, meeting is over. I’m being lazy and distracted again. I have to clean the bathroom at some point tonight, and I really need to make time to exercise in the morning.
Stop reading Quora! I need a fast. Instead of reading things on the Internet, I should take a nap. That will allow me to sleep less at night, and then I can get up early for exercise. Good plan?

6:51 PM 10 minutes lecture notes
7:02 PM Grade one test
7:10 PM 5 minutes emailing
7:22 PM 10 minutes lecture slides
7:33 PM 10 minutes lecture slides (because I didn’t just do that)
7:43 PM 10 minutes lecture notes
8:23 PM Just watched some lecture video from Dr. Gregory Sadler and graded one test
10:16 PM Got back from my rosary group and graded two tests.
I really want to be able to go for a 15-minute run tomorrow.
Okay, now I have to pomodoro up and clean the bathroom.
11:56 PM finished cleaning bathroom and a lecture video. Maybe I can grade one test, then off to bed, to get up early tomorrow…
