Keeping calm with a joke in blackpropaganda

The phrase used to be - ‘A week is a long time in politics’ - at the present moment ‘30 minutes seems a long time - who knows what will happen - a Prime Minister ostensibly refusing to abide by the law passed by Parliament with the possibility of going to prison for contempt of court, his brother resigning from the government basically saying Boris is a shit, and uncertainty all round. Who knows what tomorrow will bring - except another attempt by Boris to get an election - and the opposition who hold the whip hand saying no, not now.

The joy of all this is, of course, everyone is getting on with their lives, rather is the same way the concept of everyone worrying about war in the summer of 1939 in Britain is wide of the mark. When you do not know what will be happening - get on with your life. Cultivate your garden. Enjoy the Promenade Concerts. And hope for the best.

Rather than responding to this Government propaganda which seems to have disappeared lately

I can't imagine what it's like over there.

I don't know what to do here...

It's an astonishing time to be in the UK - something I hope not to be for much longer. The bloody house conveyancing is taking way too long though. I just need to be off this island before 31 October, whichever way it goes (I don't actually believe we will leave the EU on the 31st no matter what BoJo is saying).
