Today we shopped, hitting the home improvement centers after breakfast at Hardee's.
There were a few tense minutes as plans change and ideas race and the project grows in intensity and scope. Nothing is set, no plans, this is fly by the seat of your pants. That is the problem. we need a plan and to stick to it.
Once back home I sanded the bathroom walls, finding low spots and filling and sanding again. I estimate I have about 75% of the walls done and next is to prime those areas. I can only sand where the wall paper is removed. I also install a new Moen hand held shower in the master bath.
Dinner tonight was Papa John's, not bad.
Laundry is done, Debbie now does that.
This evening I took my Harley out front and parked it. I have laid out my best jeans, Harley t-shirt and heavy underware and such. I polished my combat boots. In the morning I will wipe down my bike, then take off for a long ride. I feel that I devoted time today to the house, tomorrow is mine! If shit hits the fan, so be it. I have already been questioned if I was moving her bike out front. I left it under the cover, I did wax it though. No use getting it out and then have her not ride or talk me out of going. Debbie is in pain, no use thinking she could go and enjoy herself. I hope she will stay here and peel the last few bits of wall paper off the walls in the bathroom.
I have no idea where I will go tomorrow, I just want to ride.
There is hope.
