How do I wake up to both my dog and I sick in All Out of Balance

Last night I felt my nose dry out so I used my netty pot and gargled salt water. By the time I went to sleep I had a feeling I’d wake up sick. I was not expecting to wake up to my little friend being sick too. My 10lb sweety has a very upset stomach and I’m now cleaning carpet first thing in the morning.

I honestly just feel bad for my pet. She’s giving me this look like I don’t feel well, can I just lay here today lol. I’m a sucker for my dog.
