I got out of work at 11 tonight. It was ruff. Tomarrow will be better. I went in to Marylyns room sat on her bed and apologized for not helping her with her evening bed routine. She can do it on her own but still she is there for a reason. Thankfully we get along. I told her the truth that I was just too busy. She told me no one has checked on her all day. They fired Cecilia. She sucked as an employee. She would leave her residents a mess. No hard feelings there.
I am going to follow one of my noters advice and not be absorbed in the negetive nrg and concentrate more not just on the positive but on my breathing and how I am taking in the information. I did notice when I am tired like now I am alot more sensitive. But it's good to keep it in check.
This job has taught me so much about aging and how to take care of people and what old people go thru as life goes on. That is one of the reasons why I love my Lil Lady so much. I am blessed even tho at times my job does suck the big whazoo. Milk n cookie time. It's 12:30 and I am long asleep by now. I hope tom. goes smoother.
