Well it's official my laptop will indeed be replaced ,however, I don't know which brand or should I say company to go with. I mean they all have the same operating system, but looking over reviews for each brand is rather conflicting. Half of the reviews say either brands, Dell, gateway, Toshiba, HP, etc are crap, while the other half stand by which ever. I'm no computer expert so I have just been looking for the same fetures my old computer had since I know them so well. I also looked up the review of my computer to see if the amount of stars is more than personal experience.
I never looked at the reviews for my computer, however, I guess if I did I would have been forewarned about the current state my computer is in right now. However that computer gave me a good 4 years with little to problems, so I wouldn't swear off Gateways. I really think it's all about personal experience and the wear and tear of the device, however there are lemons out there. But really I doubt any brand has a leg up over the rest, nowadays nothing is built to last and really seems like shopping and deciding between them is nothing more than game of Russian roulette.
