“Which of these is more effective in burning stomach fat for a guy: doing ab exercises, weightlifting or cardio?”

A healthy mix of all three. There’s a term called spot reduction fat loss which is why you will see a lot of get abs fast using this new workout item and it’s just not true. Fat will be lost in a variety of areas and depends on multiple factors from age sex any medical issues you may have in play and your diet.
Ab exercises are useful because they do what they say they exercise your abs but these by themselves do nothing to expose the abs if you have a layer of fat over it. Cardio and weightlifting combined with core work will result in overall fat loss and help you burn fat around your trunk (stomach) area. But as with any fat loss plan the exercise is only part of it. Your diet has to be locked in and healthy. You can be in the gym for hours and if you are eating nothing but McDonald’s you wont ever lose the fat. Eat plenty of protein and veggies with carbs before and after workouts and add in a bit of healthy fats either from olive oil or nuts and you will be fine. It will take time but results will come.
