Fear/paranoid in Myself and life as its been

The one thing I fear most and I get paranoid over is getting scammed, I get so on edge sometimes when something is too good to be true or even when its legit I feel I’m going to do something wrong and someone is going to take advantage of something I didn’t check through properly or something.

I fear of getting into uncomfortable situations, I know no one does but even when an uncomfortable thing happens in a TV show or something I have to turn the channel or fast forward. I want to be more tough but I’m too much of a soft kitten
