I got a couple of notes about the yoga class that I took, and of course I talked to a couple of my friends about it too. I figured I’d post a beginners video for everyone.
Now, some of these moves go pretty fast, but go at your own pace. Like K said, you do what you are comfortable doing. You can even use a chair to sit in instead of on the floor. If you just can’t do a pose? Sit and do the breathing part, or do one of the exercises that you can do. It’s not a contest. :)
