I don't know what to suggest- it's really hard to straighten out your sleep schedule when it has to change so much for work. I had a job once that flipped between overnights and early morning shifts on different days of the week. I only had to do that schedule for 3-4 months but it was hell trying to get my body to feel rested because it just couldn't get used to it.

I hope they get you on a more consistent schedule sometime soon!
