I’ve already started incorporating this habit, but I would like to make a note of it here. My plan is to add new healthy habits into my life on a regular basis…small, simple, sustainable habits that over time, will improve my overall well-being. =)
So why am I starting with this one? Well, making my bed is an easy task and it’s something I can do as soon as I wake up. Before I take a shower and get started with my day, I’ve already accomplished something. I get a small sense of achievement from this, and it’s also nice to have a beautiful, clear space to rest my eyes even if the rest of my environment is in chaos. Lol. I’ve been doing this for about a week now and it feels great!
