John Cleese quote from FB concerning American tourists.

To the British, a ‘ Gentleman ‘ is a man who is modest, well-mannered, self deprecating, quietly intelligent, considerate of other people’s feeling, and well-informed.
He is not vulgar, inflated, vain, boastful, noisily ignorant, sleazy and common as muck.

I probably say this every year but that looks like such a wonderful place for a cuppa tea or coffee and a nice long chat,

have a great day!

I love your deck and flowers! :o)

NorthernSeeker July 14, 2018

The deck looks great...love the flowers and the green. I like your resolutions list...good idea, that.

Your deck looks very serene. Lovely flowers, too. Sadly, our attempt at growing sunflowers has failed and the pretty things in the flower boxes on the playhouse were killed by the exhaust from the tree cutter's bucket truck. Only Ella's geraniums are thriving.

H is for horticulturist which I think is the person that set up the deck garden.

Lovely space!
And the quote is priceless.
