Yesterday I went to Starbucks because I reward for something free. I ordered a wonderful iced coffee through the mobile app. Well I got there and had to wait a while still which was ok to me. The girl making my drink ended up giving me a 4 dollar gift card because I had to wait. The first time she apologized about the wait I smiled and told her it was ok. I didn’t mind. So on top of getting a free coffee I got 4 dollars to get more. Considering the life I’ve been having even the little things like that can make the biggest impact on me. That definitely made my day a little brighter.
I even expected to get cussed out by mom for the situation we are in and she didn’t. My mom can be very hard on me but she didn’t this time.
Like I said, the little things.
Things will get better. So much better. I know they will. Just got to wait.
