Objective for today: eliminate sugar from drinks

6:30 AM: cold brew + coconut milk + stevia (~50 cal)
7:00 AM: 45 min barre class
8:30 AM: cold brew (10 c) + coconut milk (60 c) + collagen powder (85 c) + maca (5 c) + mushroom powder + stevia [total ~160 c]
1:15 PM: 6 oz salmon (350 c) + big handful of microgreens (5 c)+ 1/2 cupish cherry tomatoes (40 c) + 1/2 sm sweet potato (55 c) + 1/2 c plain full fat yogurt (85 c) + 1 mealender (15 c) [total ~550 c]
3:30 PM: cold brew + coconut milk + stevia (50 c)
7:00 PM: 2 chicken thighs (410 c) + 1/2 lb spinach (90 c) + 2/3 c mixed berries (80 c) + 1 T gelatin (45 c) + MealEnder (15 c) [total ~625 c]

TOTAL: 1450 calories
