I’m sure this is super boring, so you feel free to just ignore all these diet posts. I’ll write a real update sometime.

7:00 AM: 60 min barre class
9:00 AM: coffee w/ collagen, coconut milk, butter, sugar, stevia (~250 cal)
1:00 PM: ~4 oz salmon (230), 8 oz sauteed spinach (90), 1/4 c cheese (100), 1/8 c broccoli (neg), coffee w/ coconut milk + sugar (100) (~520 cal)
5:30 PM: ~.75 lbs chicken thighs (uncooked weight) (350), 1/2 sweet potato (50), roasted cauliflower (20), 1/2 cup plain full-fat yogurt (85), coffee w/ coconut milk + sugar (100) (~605 cal)
6:30: 60 min cardio/endurance class
8:40: 1/2 cup plain full-fat yogurt (85), 1/2 cup berries (50) (~135 cal)

TOTAL: 1510 Calories
