Ano Diet: Day16 in Diet and exercise.

Didn't go the gym as planned. Seans gran had a stroke so i walked up to his at 11:30pm to make sure he was ok.
Shit day to be fair, did a little jogging but not a lot, the new shoes i bought to look somewhat more like a part of society have damaged the back of my foot.
Did about 5 minutes on the exercise bike but no motivation, i ate a lot today, a lot of protein; i assumed we was going the gym until i heard the news.
A lot of stuff on my mind, decisions and what to do with my time. I assumed this year was going to be "the year" which was a little naive of me.
I have no idea what's going on to be honest, lot's of ridiculous thoughts swirl around and i think i find a solution and then it all kinda crumples down to "stupid idea" or "forget it, who cares?"
Bugger.
