Hi I’m Humbie Lowden. This is my first entry of my new blog. I like blogging. I have several. I’ve been blogging since 1999. In those days, I blogged in secret.
I was anonymous. But then about four years ago I started blogging as part of my business. I could no longer be anonymous, but that’s ok, I kept up with my anonymous blog too. So then I had two. Then I added another business blog, so I added another anonymous blog and then I did that again. Oh my, that’s lots of blogs. That’s lots of blogging. That’s 100

So why another blog? Why here? Why now? Why not?

Every blog I have, has a purpose and this one will too. What that purpose is, is yet to be seen. I don’t know. That’s the answer. But I’m not looking for the path. The path will find me. I’m not looking for the answer. I’m trying to discover the right question.

About me (besides blogging) It’s hard to Humbie. It’s easy to be anonymous. But it’s hard to talk about yourself with out giving yourself away. I know a list:

I have a longboard.

I’ve become very assertive.

I had a burrito for dinner.

I walked there in a roundabout way and then I walked back.

I live in the center of the city.

Money is not interesting. It does not motivate me.

I shouldn’t have had the burrito but I had been fasting on and off for the past week.

I just got back from Chicago.

I drove there.

and back.

I mentor new Canadians at the YMCA cross cultural association, helping them find their first job. This is the only volunteer work I do.

I never give money to beggars. I don’t appreciate their lifestyle.

That’s 300
