On the plane headed to meet [EB] in Miami! Looking forward to a spectacular weekend!

Started the weekend a little early last night. Anybody remember The Opera Singer? The dude who is friends with Ken, the guy who’s dating my friend Barbie? That’s right, Ken and Barbie. Well, they’d tried to set me up with The Opera Singer (who is a pretty famous opera singer, by the way) and we’ve hung out a few times - dinners and a couple of events, parties and such, friends of the Opera.

Anyway, I saw online that he was in [my city] performing in an opera - opening night is tomorrow. So I sent a text to Ken (who lives here, Barbie does not) to see if he and Barbie are going to be in town to see The Opera Singer perform at one of his shows in town.

Long story short, The Opera Singer and I got together last night to have a couple of drinks and and some yucks. You guys, this guy is a big ol’ Bass and his voice blows me away every time I hear him talk - or sing! He’s pretty awesome.

Such a nice guy and we talked and laughed about life and dating and such. Really fun time with him. Little flirting, little joking, great conversation. He’s such a smart guy.

But def not someone I want to date as he’s still with his wife - even though he tells me that he basically cohabitates. I’m not touching that, but I will go see him perform and maybe hang out when he’s in town.

Anyway, no word from either of the two REAL potential suitors. Nothing from Paul, which is not surprising - we said we’d talk next week when I’m back in town. But also nothing from Triple D, which kind of bums me out because he’s one I want to get to know much, much better. Well, honestly, I want to get to know them both.

But I will try to be patient and I will just assume that these things are working themselves out in the timing that’s best.

And I will also enjoy my FREE time this weekend with [EB] in South Beach!!!

Miami, I’m coming for you!
xox,
GS
