It says that I am “in the zone” for calories in/out. I was on the treadmill for 10 minutes and elliptical for 15 minutes during my lunch. I feel like I should be able to eat more than that after doing straight cardio for almost a half hour. I have been spoiled with my fast metabolism up until the last year or two apparently.
