Ano Diet: Day15 in Diet and exercise.

Calorie limit: 250 Food consumed: Energy drink - 100 calories fish - 100 calories energy bar - 120 calories crackers - 85 calories. Total: 405
I know i went over my limit again today but we went for the gym for the first time and i am aching, between the rowing machine, bike machine, various lifting machines and treadmill i was pooped. We where only there for 45 minutes but to be fair that's easilly enough time to spend in a gym and become super tired, i only just had the energy drink and fish because i was gasping and it was in the fridge and the fish was going to go off anyway if i didn't eat it.
I'll probably have more fish tomorrow for the protein since we are hitting the gym now at least 3-4 times a week (not to mention i don't want it to go off).
I realized this morning that i take 10 tablets a day, medicine is a wonderful thing and can fix any issue you have i guess though! Vitamins, weight loss tablets among other things to try keep my complexion in check. I don't know why my skins so bad, i'm 22 years old.
I'm sitting here enjoying the nice tobacco flavoured smoke from my cigarette. You can't beat the taste of a real cigarette compared to those electric things. We cleaned the unit out today which was a workout in its own and took 4 hours to do so i can imagine I've burnt a fair few calories off now.
Good day anyway, i'll keep cracking on.
Gym atmosphere's good and i feel it will be much easier to make progress with Sean and Daz there too spur me along.
