First off, I never apologize for things I write. Usually it’s the dark side of me - and yeah, I can’t be as “raw” usually.
Before it sounds like everyone else in the world… I’ll just say - I’m tired of being overweight. I’m not by much at all. But sadly my 2nd pregnancy brought out grand mal seizures - so I’m on meds that cause weight gain. I not only gained more weight than I did with my 1st but it stays on because of it.
The reason it does is because it actually slows down your metabolism and increases your appetite. So it’s an uphill battle. I’ve always been very active and have eaten well. But it ain’t cuttin it. I’m also the oldest I’ve ever been (LOLLLLLL) so we know how well that does for you, too.
It’s not impossible, I’m not at that. I just feel like I’m continually restarting. And my husband lost my notebook I was keeping track of stuff in huff.
My husband is obese, and he refuses to change his lifestyle.... He eats like a 3 year old - self proclaimed, too. He knows, and he doesn’t want to change. (I’m not saying this to be mean, if you ask him that’s what he’d say.)
So it makes it difficult when one parent wants to change and the other doesn’t :/ It’s just a battle I have to learn to take control of myself.
