I feel like I'm working so hard to literally get nowhere, sometimes.
Today is one of those days. I did myself no favors by over training this weekend. My muscles are tired and sore and completely work out today. The only good thing about Mondays is that it's my short dance day...so I only have 6 hours of dance classes/rehearsals instead of 12-15 hours.
Today was one of those days that made me want to just not dance anymore at all.
On a non dance note, i somehow managed to not eat anything today, so I decided to just go with it and go on a liquid diet, for as long as it lasts. The weight isn't coming off aas fast as I'd like it to anyway, so I might as well use my frustration and shed pounds while I'm at it.
Sleeping. Doesn't happen anymore. Naps do...I've been getting like 1-2 hours of sleep a night. It's sucking and probably contributing to how i'm feeling right now.
I find out tomorrow if I made Crazefaze or not. I am not expecting to make it.
That's it, I'm shocking people with the amount I've already written in here.
