Saturday Morning in New Diary

I am up at 3 this morning. I slept pretty good with no nightmares. I didn’t do too much reading. I managed to read one chapter in current book. Also I felt fairly good yesterday depression wise. I don’t know what it is. Depression has been coming and going. Thursday I had a hell of a day. Friday was not too bad. I hope I have a good day today.
