Let’s Grinch in Life

An unduly amount of negative vibes coming from the workplace. What is it that makes people want to jab so hard at others? It baffles me that kindness is an afterthought to some, when it is one of the most amazing things to give others. It doesn’t take a whole lot to be kind. I find myself wishing people would level up like the Grinch. Grow that heart bigger, baby! Insecurities turn people into defensive and jealous beings. Believe in yourself and it will spread to others. Because nice matters.
