Baby steps in Reworking

For a week straight now, I’ve been learning how to meditate with a neat little app called Headspace. Learning how to let go of thoughts and be still.

Duolingo is helping me to brush up on my Spanish speaking skills. Just started back up last night. I hope I can continue doing this as a new habit.

Working my way up to a one minute plank. I’m up to 30 seconds right now.

I’ve also got a new daily devotional I’m working through.

I know this is a lot of little changes. Some would suggest I focus on one thing at a time. And they may be right. But for now, each of these changes requires 1-15 mins of my time a day. That’s totally doable.

Then there’s here. I’m going to try to pen my thoughts daily as well. Ha. Let’s see how well this goes.
