Aloha…
Overcast and foggy (and a bit cool) in the morning… bright sunshine and a blue sky (and much warmer) in the afternoon…
Most days I continue to get together with friends for lunch… spend time walking along the ocean… and work (play) in my garden…
Lots to do here on the coast: drove up to Gold Beach for the county fair last week… another 2nd Saturday Art Walk this weekend… weekly concerts in the park… a kite festival a week ago… and this past Saturday and Sunday was the Festival of Art in the park…
Oh yeah… this weekend is the pirate festival down at the harbor…
The town is packed with people… motor homes… travel trailers and lots of motorcycles… real traffic (really)… stores are crowded… as are the beaches… the state park has been full for weeks… good for the local economy… not so good for locals like myself that would prefer a bit more peace and quiet (smiles)…
I continue to do much better (emotionally)… how could I not… living where I do…

I like knowing you have constant lunch dates and lots of friends there, and that you "play" in the garden...good wishes for many more years of friendship and quiet moments you treasure.
