Im quitting therapy in Um book 1

I’m quitting Therapy. And since I don’t know how to do things properly, I’m going to no call no show. I was going to go in for the last time today, but now I’m sitting in my car trying to will myself to go in. I really don’t want to. I’m leaving. Goodbye therapy.
