- Burn 20 calories on the arm/leg fan bike, pushing really hard for the last two calories.
- Do 9 squat thrusts with 10 lb. weight.
- 6 on each side one-leg rise from sitting and sit back down again.
- Wall walk down and back.

- Take a lap.
- Pull sled fast with 45 lb. weight.
- Pull sled slow archer style with 90 lb. weight. Repeat a few times.
- Push sled with 90 lb. weight and rope back to start.
- Take a lap.
- 10 minutes interval cardio on the treadmill. Starting at 3.0 speed and no incline, upping the incline by 1.0 every 30 seconds until 10 incline and then reducing by 1 every 30 seconds until back to no incline. Drop speed as needed at higher inclines, returning to 3.0 speed as incline comes back down.
- Stretch.
