Seriously I let myself go and became way to comfortable with eating. That’s what I weighed over a month ago right before Mothers Day. To say that was a wakeup call would be an understatement. Since then I got a gym membership and have been going at least 3 days a week. I make sure I run a minimum of a 5k every week usually it’s around a 10k sometimes more. In addition to the running I have regained my passion for free weights and the various machines.
The gym has become my sanctuary preferring to shower at the gym than at home which pushes me to be there more often. My eating habits have changed my work attitude has changed. I’m in this for the long haul.
