29/01/2014 Day:9 Current weight 15.5 Stone Current mood: Confused, yet again! Current time: 6:30AM
Calorie limit: 500
Food consumed:
I don't know why i put on weight today, either way today will be a fasting day, i'm going to exercise and drink a lot of water too. I can't afford to be playing this 2 steps forward 1 step back game.
I did a little on the exercise bike, i didn't want to exhaust myself because i have a lot to do today so, i'm going to take it easy until later so i'm not completely sweaty for when i have to run errands. Later tonight i'm going to make myself hurt with exercise, i'm going so hard i wana see 2 lbs off in the morning!
Exercise done today: 55 situps 30 seconds planking 20-: 5k weight curls / 20 overarm 5k pushes.
Time 6:16pm It's been a long day i've only just got to sit down. thankfully i should have the next 5 days to myself to relax. I went and bought a bag of tobacco from the shop because i've just had a stressful day overall; stressing over nothing as usual as everything's turned out ok overall considering today's events. We only just got the car to the unit and someone's coming to see it tomorrow for £1200 which would be £330 profit for a day's work, can't complain. Had my first cigarette in a month and it almost blew my head off because i rolled it as thick as i used to roll them, I went out and sat on a bench to smoke and told the woman in the shop not to tell my mother and we both agreed that electric cigarette's are shit. Either way today's been another successful fasting day, no food all day. Tomorrow is another 0 calorie day so putting on those couple of pounds couldn't of come at a worse time but as they say "Time wasting isn't time wasted"
That make's a total of 17 lbs lost in around 11 days which isn't particularly bad.
I won't fail again, i'm sick of being looked at as an ugly glutton.
- I say goodbye to my weakness, so long to the regret And now i see the world through diamond eyes.*
