Ano Diet: Day8 in Diet and exercise.

Calorie limit: 400 Food consumed: 5 onogiri - 500 calories.
Not much improvement today, today is supposed to be a unit day but once again the heavens have opened and I will not get to work on my car. I'm excited to try make my own onigiri and bento's today, the rice can be quite stodgy and high in calories, i think 300 cal / 100 gram. But it's a nice treat and can be cold stored in the fridge. So apparently 500 grams of sushi rice goes a really long way, all of this is around 1700 calories and will last days.
Time: 9:11pm What a day, somehow ended up buying another car, £200 split between me and my friend and his brother, cars worth £1500+ so that's money in the bank. Just ate 3 more onigiri when i got in as i was kind of hungry, not had a chance to exercise today so i hope it doesn't hurt me too much. Not to mention tomorrow is another day of adventures and shenanigans.

all that rice!!!! is your diet working!......i am using the 5.2. diet and lost 12 kilos, its a healthy way to eat and you dont deny yourself anything. good luck anyhow!
