Ano Diet: Day7 in Diet and exercise.

27/01/2014 Day:7 Current weight 15.4-15.5 Stone Current mood: Bamboozled. Current time: 6:46AM

Calorie limit: 300 Food consumed: Reformed fish things + salad - 240 calories. chicken bites - 48 calories

I woke up and said to myself, well here we go, if you put even a 1b on you've failed and need to purge today. Somehow i lost 1-2 lbs. I didn't have my glasses on so it was a little blurry but it was not above yesterdays weight. I checked the back of these reformed fish things and it turned out the whole bag was 100 calories / 100 grams so i've decided that will be one of my staples for mixing with salad, they are quite high in carbohydrates but also in protein so it balances out. I'm done eating for today however i went out and bought a cucumber, 1kg of sushi rice and some nori sheets so i can make my own sushi balls as snacks.
