26/01/2014 Day:6 Current weight 15.6 Stone Current mood: Standard, normal, fine! Current time: 4:06AM
Calorie limit: 200 Food consumed: Fish + lettuce - 240 calories 2 packets of mattersons fridge raiders: 600 Calories 1 shape yoghurt: 99 calories Total: 940
I woke up a little hungry, my calories will increase by 100 daily up until 500 then i will have to endure another fast. I think my body is finally adjusting to its new lifestyle. I've decided todays meal will be the young's bistro fish my mother cooked a couple days ago which i refrigerated, i'll use this for grazing throughout the day with lettuce, part in the morning and 2 parts in the afternoon, the total calories of it is 240 calories so i'll leave a small amount for tomorrow also. We went shopping yesterday and i picked up some choice low calorie foods, some matterson's fridge raiders (250 calories a packet), grapes, fish and 2 chicken steaks (220c calories a steak), i also got a small 330m milkshake (500 calories) and some shape yoghurts which are only 99 calories a yoghurt. That will last me all week easily. I never did my exercises yesterday as once again by the time i was done with my daily activities i was too tired to do anything and went to bed at 4pm. Anyway 200 calories now seems like a lot when you lived off of 90 calories for 2 days, not to mention i lost another lb, i think i could lose more if i would stop being a lazy butt and exercised. I finished off the fish because i was so delicious, i don't think an extra 40 calories will kill me, i'll just stop there anyway for today. Update: 4:12pm
Didn't stop there, had a lot more calories but it was a good chunk of protein which i then jumped on my exercise bike and hammered out some cycling. Looks like tomorrow is another fasting day.
