Signs of Progress in Steps to Change

It's been about a month that I have been at this trying to get into shape thing, and I have just gotten a good sign that I am actually making progress.

In some of the other times that I have tried to get into shape, I have done Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, only ever the first level because I never stuck to the getting in shape thing that long. Every time that I came back to it, it was slavishly hard, and most of the time I couldn't complete the first level.

Well, after a month of doing other things (exercise bike and calisthenics, mostly), I tried it again. And the result was...not too bad. I had to take a few breaks during the longer sets, but mostly kept up. At the end, I was definitely tired, but I'm not sure I'll even be sore tomorrow. If so, it will be my legs, and they are perpetually unhappy with me, mostly because I keep throwing new things at them (moving to a place with stairs, exercise, a standing desk, and then this).

It's not much, but it's a good sign, and I'll take it.
