Motivation... in Book of M...

I have none… I pretty much accomplished nothing at home today. I did get a spreadsheet thing at work finished at least. I almost feel like I need to get up and clean but sleep.

It’s going to be a long week. M’s grandmother died apparently so he’s going to be out all week. I sent him a short text to say I was sorry about his grandmother but I don’t expect to hear back.

My SI joint is acting up pretty good. I need to recommit to my exercises. I’ll feel better if I do.

Off to bed…
