Went to the knee dr today and the rollator/Walker is no more—don’t even need to use a cane—Yippee! He does want me to still wear the knee brace when doing a lot of walking but I can use the exercise bike and/or swim for exercise. I will see him in 4 weeks and in 2 weeks I will start the first of five injections in my right knee for joint lubrication. I am walking a bit like Herman Munster but that is to be expected. Needless to say, I am a happy camper and we celebrated by going out to eat at 4:30—Jeff said he felt like an old coot going that early! home now under comfy blankets cuz baby it’s cold out there!

Yay! Im glad you're able to go solo now. Lol.
It has been brutally cold here this past week. Looking forward to the warm-up that is expected this upcoming week.
