So a man who has not been proven to have done anything wrong is being blackmailed in to an apology before he can rejoin his party and continue his duty of public service.
And Nick Clegg is the chief blackmailer.
Why does no one see this is wrong?
And why - in this day and age - is an accusation of sexual misconduct (in whatever shape or form it might come) synonymous with guilt?
Lord Rennard has not been convicted of any crime - he hasn’t even been tried for any crime - and yet Nick Clegg - the man who once claimed to be a champion of freedom and liberalism - is telling him he has to apologise. Nick Clegg - the head of the Liberal Democrats - is saying he has to confess to his crimes and ask for forgiveness.
It really does begger belief that Clegg can still claim to be a liberal, when clearly he is becoming more and more right wing every single day.
