I am up at 4am I feel a lot better today Yesterday I chilled out. I did not watch CNN or any news about the election. I listened to Celtic Woman on You Tube Those ladies always put me in a better frame of mind.
I did watch Anderson Cooper. last night. he was interviewing one f Trumps accusers. I remember her saying she went public after the second debate. She sounded credible. It wouldn’t surprise me if she is telling the truth. Think that man would be capable of doing anything. He is a total sleez
Is it me or is this election has quickly gotten really ugly. I don’t think neither candidate spends too much time talking about actual issues or what they can d o for the country. They are too busy bashing each other. Accusations of sexual misconduct have been used on both sides .Hell that is all they are talking about anymore. I will be so glad when this election will be over.
I think I have been spending too much time watching CNN I am really caught up in the election process this time. The thought of a Trump victory terrifies me. I am not all that crazy about Clinton. But I am convinced she is the better choice.
In any case I’ve been really caught up with this election . I think I have Trump anxiety or something like that. One of the things I was upset over was the mere thought of a Trump victory. I kept imagining that if this happens it would be a disaster for this country. I kept worrying about it and worrying about it This is another one of the stupid things I worry about.
So; I took a break from the news. Also stayed away from the chess game. I listened to Celtic Woman. I blocked out unwanted thoughts about people hating me, about neighbors in the building and I just chilled. Now I think I am back to my old self.
Always remember the positives. 1 I have a roof over my head. 2 I have insurance that pays for most of the cost of my meds. 3 I have food to eat. 4 I have clothes to wear. 5 I have a wonderful fiancé in Chocolatechip.6 I am not hooked on alcohol or drugs. 7 I am in fairly good physical health. 8 I have a worker that comes in and cooks and cleans. 9 I have phone, internet and cable tv. 10 I have plenty of books to read. 11 I am debt free. 12 I have a wonderful support system in Healthways
Life is good. Screw the election There is no reason to be anxious or depressed.

I don't get into politics much. I make up my mind who I'm voting for and then try to ignore it. But, I agree with you. Both candidates are so busy slinging mud at each other that they aren't telling us what they can do to make our country better.
