Cutest bone 1. Vertebrae (due to its ability to look like a scotty dog and a giraffe head) 2nd place: fibula
Sexiest bone 1. Clavicle 2nd place: none, no other comes close to a sexy collar bone. Someone made the obvious joke that the sexiest bone was the boner, but everyone knows that the human male doesn't have a baculum.
Sexiest muscle 1. Sartorius 2nd place Gluteus maximus (it's too obvious) Honorable mention: sternocleidomastoid (head turner)
Cutest muscle is still undetermined. Probably going to be one of the "digiti minimi" ones.

Don't discount the pyramidalis when considering cutest muscle.

Ooh, we haven't learned about those yet. So pyramidalis will definitely be in the running, but stylohyoid is looking pretty adorable, I dunno...
In other news, I have determined that the Most Obnoxious Muscle is definitely Levator Labii Superioris Alaequae Nasi.
