This is only short. Because I need to write more.. so I will stick to one topic to keep it brief. And because I’m on my phone and typing on my phone is annoying (..and difficult.. probably because I’m perpetually drunk).
So although the bulimia and calorie counting has been around since I first learned about it… it’s escalated just recently. Prior I ate less than 500cals a day and drank probably 1000 (in alcohol, derp) having purged dinner if it exceeded the 500 food calorie limit.
Now I eat 300 and purge as much as I can. And drink 400 (since having not eaten you need to drink less to be drunk. Ta da!)
“As much as I can” means just two meals and both are purged. Previously I just calorie counted then purged dinner. While then, I purged some and restricted most.... now I restrict always and when I lapse I purge.
Sigh.
It’s not good.
That’s all I have. At least it’s out there now.
