regrets and self-hatingness in Procrastination Journal

I got an Ancestry dna test and it said
56% african which is duh. Nigerian and Ghana & Ivory Coast mostly. which makes sense because it’s West Africa

40% European (girl… okay)

but what really fucked me up was the 0% Native American

Because my dad always is like “Your grandmother was 100% Lumbee Indian”
and later on in life I read that the Lumbee tribe is not a real/recognized tribe because of the lack of genes
