Spinach, pine nut, mandarin orange and goat cheese salad with balsamic vinaigrette
Anthem apple cider

Dinner
Halibut with lemon butter shallot sauce
Matchstick fries
Roasted nantes carrots, red bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, and bacon
The buttery, expensive Chardonnay at the bottom of the wine list

Dessert
Strawberry shortcake with vanilla bean scones, farm-fresh strawberries, and Chantilly
Loose-leaf blood orange tea
