Brrrrr----it's cold and windy in In the Kingdom of Suzu

Cold and windy but no snow! Don’t want to go out but we are going up to cousin—need to book our flights to Barbuda for May so maybe we will feel warm😄😄😄.
Our new refrigerator came yesterday—just in time for the super cold temps. We have a chest freezer in the basement so the frozen stuff was ok. The stuff that needed to be in the refrigerator we had in coolers with ice or if it didn’t need that we were able to just have it on the table in the sun room and just put a blanket on it but with the below freezing temps for overnight that was not going to work so the fridge came just in time.
Monday is president’s day so I have off but have filled the day with appointments. Six month follow up with breast surgeon and am hoping to go to once a year, plastic surgeon for the next fat grafting pre-op, dentist and finally dermatologist—whew! Good thing my work week is slow, I will need it to recover from all those appointments!

Glad the fridge arrived in time. Am sending prayers up for you that post op, pre op, and follow up are all full of nothing but good news!

Now that I'm older, I have a lot of medical appointments to go to too. I guess that's just the way it is. Fortunately, I have health insurance. I am blessed. Congratulations on your new refrigerator. And I remember Barbuda. How exciting that you will be going again in May.

Thankfully we have health insurance too altho it only covers 80% and since I was diagnosed with breast cancer I am wondering if when I retire, it might be harder to get insurance, a reason why I might not retire at 62.
